Zetia Side Effects

The Zetia side effects will be broken down for your convenience based on how it is used - either alone or in combination with a statin. Currently, there are no black box warnings for Zetia. Like a lot of the other medications used to lower cholesterol, some of the most serious side effects of Zetia involve both liver and muscle problems. Fortunately, if caught early enough, these are usually reversible.

I wonder why ye can always read a doctor's bill an' ye
never can read his prescription.

Post-Marketing Side Effects Reported

These side effects were reported after Zetia was approved and being used by the general population. You should note though that they were reported voluntarily by folks in the general population so there is therefore no way to determine how often they occur or if there is even really a true connection between them and Zetia.
