Sometimes Occur: - Abdominal pain

- Dry mouth
- Flu-like symptoms
- Impotence
- Inability to achieve orgasm and/or difficulty reaching climax/orgasm
- Indigestion
- Menstrual disorder

Lexapro Side Effects Observed in People Being Treated for Generalized Anxiety Disorder
Frequently Occur: - Decreased libido
- Ejaculation disorder (mainly ejaculatory delay)

- Inability to achieve orgasm and/or difficulty reaching climax/orgasm
- Insomnia
- Nausea

- Abnormal dreaming
